A custom vanity counter is a bathroom countertop cut to the exact dimensions of your room rather than bought in a standard size. We fabricate ours in Sharjah and install them across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi — measured on your site, cut to your layout, and fitted by our own team.
Standard vanity tops are sold in fixed widths and depths. They rarely match a real bathroom, so installers fill the difference with sealant, trim strips or an awkward gap against the wall. A custom vanity counter removes that compromise: the slab is cut to your measured wall-to-wall dimension, the sink cutout is positioned where your plumbing already sits, and the tap holes are drilled for the exact fittings you have chosen.
That matters most in UAE apartments and villas, where bathroom walls are often out of square and service ducts eat into usable width. Measuring on site is the only reliable way to get a counter that sits flush on all sides.
We work with three materials. Each behaves differently in a bathroom, and we will tell you honestly which one suits your usage and budget rather than pushing the most expensive option.
Natural stone with veining that is unique to each slab. Nothing else looks like it, which is why it remains the first choice for main and guest bathrooms. Marble is porous, so it wants a little care around cosmetics and coloured liquids — we explain the upkeep before you commit to it.
An engineered surface manufactured under heat and pressure. It is dense, non-porous and highly resistant to staining and heat, which makes it the practical pick for family bathrooms, rented apartments and anywhere the surface will be used hard every day. Many sintered stone finishes reproduce marble veining closely.
Used for warmth and for pieces where the counter is part of a joinery unit rather than a standalone slab. We specify wood only where the bathroom conditions genuinely suit it.
Every counter is built to your measured dimensions — there is no standard size list to choose from. Undermount and countertop basins are both supported, and the cutout is shaped to the basin you have actually bought, not a generic template.
Four edge profiles are available: straight, bullnose, beveled and waterfall. A straight edge suits minimal, contemporary bathrooms. Bullnose softens the corner and is more forgiving in a family bathroom. Beveled adds a defined line that reads well under downlighting. A waterfall edge carries the material down the side of the vanity and makes the counter the focal point of the room.
Small bathrooms are handled the same way as large ones. A narrow counter cut to the exact depth available usually creates more usable surface than a standard top that has to be trimmed on site.
Most of our work is residential — villa and apartment bathrooms, guest bathrooms, powder rooms and en-suites, including full bathroom refurbishments where the counter, cabinet and mirror are all replaced together. We also fabricate for fit-out and interior contractors working on residential projects.
We install across the UAE from our Sharjah workshop. Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi are covered routinely, and we also reach Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.
In Dubai the work splits fairly evenly between villa communities — Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, Al Barsha, Mirdif and Al Khawaneej — and apartment bathrooms in Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai Marina, where the counter has to work around a much tighter footprint and every centimetre of the run matters. In Sharjah we work across Al Majaz, Al Khan, Al Taawun and Muwaileh, in Ajman across Al Rawda, Al Mowaihat and Al Nuaimiya, and in Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Reem Island and in Khalifa City.
We visit your site and take the measurements ourselves. The measurement visit carries a fee, and that fee is deducted in full from your final invoice when the project goes ahead. You then choose the material and finish — samples can be seen at our Hay Hoshi showroom in Sharjah, or brought to your site during the visit.
Fabrication happens in our own workshop. Installation is carried out by our own team, start to finish, with nothing subcontracted, and every project includes after-sales support and a material warranty.
